A quote from this service is not a guarantee that the reservation will remain available or that the price will remain unchanged. Once we have received your reservation request containing the necessary booking and payment information, a temporary hold is placed on the requested reservation. At that time you will receive an e-mail; only then is your reservation confirmed.


 Our Wish
We welcome you as our guest. It is our desire that no one forfeit the costs of the reservation(s) and/or guestroom(s) reserved. We simply ask that reservations not be made if you cannot honor the reservation and the guarantee you have placed by reserving the guestroom.

 Cancellation Policy
Making a reservation with the Lake Roy Beach Inn is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our intimate size and limited lodging capacity, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:

Individual Reservations:
 100% refundable, less a $35.00 cancellation charge per room, if cancellation is received 31 days or more prior to your scheduled reservation arrival date.
 50% refundable, less a $35.00 cancellation charge per room, if cancellation is received between 15 and 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation arrival date
 No refund if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to your scheduled reservation arrival date.
 Reservations which are cancelled on either the day of the reservation or by not showing up without notification are the full responsibility of the guest and payment IN FULL is required. There will be no refunds for early departures and/or no-shows once the reservations are confirmed.

Group Reservations and/or Individuals reserving two or more guestrooms for any given date:
 100% refundable, less a $35.00 cancellation charge per room, if cancellation is received 61 days or more prior to your scheduled reservation arrival date.
 50% refundable, less a $35.00 cancellation charge per room, if cancellation is received between 30 and 60 days prior to your scheduled reservation arrival date
 No refund if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation arrival date.
 Reservations which are cancelled on either the day of the reservation or by not showing up without notification are the full responsibility of the guest and payment IN FULL is required. There will be no refunds for early departures and/or no-shows once the reservations are confirmed.

Non-Refundable and Non-Cancelable Holidays
Major holidays, festivals, or sporting events are not cancelable at any time after the reservation is made. You will be charged IN FULL for cancelling a reservation during these holidays and festivals:

 Memorial Weekend
 Sun and Fun Festival Weekend
 Fourth of July Weekend
 Labor Day Weekend
 Thanksgving Weekend
 Christmas Weekend
 New Year’s Eve
 Spring Break Week
 Sporting/Convention Events

It is not uncommon for us to reach our daily maximum and have to turn guests and other reservations away. When we accept and confirm your reservation that portion of our limited capacity is then unavailable to other guests and groups. Many of the costs associated with your reservation are committed long before you arrive. These costs are unrecoverable if you cancel. For this reason, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policies for individual reservations, group reservations, early departures/no-show, and reservations made during major holidays and events.

Please note that small inns of our size would not be able to remain in business if we did not adhere to our cancellation policy. Therefore, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather. With this in mind, guests may want to consider the purchase of trip cancellation insurance which is commonly available from travel agents, insurance agents or via the internet at such websites as www.insuremytrip.com.


 Advance Deposits
When a reservation is made we do require an advance deposit to be made for each room reserved. A deposit of one night’s room rate (i.e. quoted room rate plus 12% Sales and Tourism Tax) or 50% of room nights reserved; whichever is greater, is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking to confirm the reservation.
