Guest Rooms
The Lake Roy Beach Inn & Suites is an intimate 33-room Winter Haven hotel consisting of lake and beach view or parking-lot view guestrooms and efficiency suites.
All over sized suites except parking-lot view guestrooms feature a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, T.V. with remote control and its own private screened-in porch and/or balcony overlooking the beach, lake, and pool.
All of our hotel rooms are non-smoking; however balconies, patios, and screened-in porches are available to accommodate our smoking guests. Overall, our guestrooms are comfortably furnished bringing personal taste and charm to create a wonderfully homey atmosphere that we hope you’ll enjoy.

Deluxe Townhouse Suites
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse kitchen suites comfortably accommodates 2-8 people. Offering tranquil, beach and lakefront views from both the upstairs and downstairs rooms.
Downstairs:
2-double beds and television, 1 bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. A kitchen with an oven/stove, microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead you to a private, screened-in outdoor patio complete with coffee table and chairs and of course beach and lakefront views
Upstairs:
2 separate bedrooms each with a television of its own; one with a king-size bed and the other a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. Sliding glass doors that lead you to a private screened-in balcony with beach and lakefront views.
Deluxe Rooms
The Deluxe Rooms feature lake and beachfront views and 2 separate bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and the other a queen-size bed with a television in each bedroom. Along with 1 bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, and vanity, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and sliding glass doors leading to a beach and lakefront view balcony. Deluxe Rooms are located on the second level accessible by walking up a flight of stairs (no elevator available).
Suites
Each standard suite consists of two spacious rooms individual in their décor; one room contains your choice of 2 double beds or 1 king bed with a television and the second room has a living space containing a kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, counter space/cabinets), sofa, coffee & dining table, and a screened-in patio area featuring beach and lakefront views. Standard Suites are located on the main level.
Rates are based on 2 Adults & 2 Children under 12 years of age
Standard Rooms
Standard Rooms are our basic style room featuring lake and beachfront views or parking-lot views. These are a nice option for families traveling together or for those on a budget. Each room is individual in their décor and includes your choice of 2 double beds or 1 king bed, a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, a table and 2 chairs. Some of these rooms have a connecting and pass- through door, perfect for a family who wishes to have the children in one room and the adults in the other, or for groups who wish to be together. Standard Rooms are located on the second and third level accessible by walking up a flight of stairs (no elevator available).
