The Lake Roy Beach Inn & Suites is an intimate 33-room Winter Haven hotel consisting of lake and beach view or parking-lot view guest rooms and efficiency suites. All over sized suites except parking-lot view guest rooms feature a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, T.V. with remote control and its own private screened-in porch and/or balcony overlooking the beach, lake, and pool. All of our hotel rooms are non-smoking; however balconies, patios, and screened-in porches are available to accommodate our smoking guests.
